American Sod Company – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing
All sod orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are typically completed within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability, harvest schedules, and delivery location. Customers will be contacted to confirm delivery date and time window.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within our designated service areas. Delivery availability and fees are calculated at checkout or quoted at the time of order. If you are unsure whether we service your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Requirements
Customers must ensure clear and safe access for delivery. American Sod Company is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, irrigation, or landscaping that may occur during standard delivery where access is limited.

Product Condition
Sod is a perishable product harvested fresh. It should be installed immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for product condition if installation is delayed or improper storage occurs after delivery.

Missed or Rescheduled Deliveries
Missed deliveries or last-minute rescheduling may be subject to additional delivery fees.
